2023 5th International Conference on Computer, Software Engineering and Applications
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research work, as well as industrial practice reports. Simultaneous submission to other publication venues is not permitted. In accordance with CSEA 2023 policy, submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. As the designated correspondence author, you will then receive a first e-mail message containing the paper ID. Please note that in order to ensure the fairness of the review process, CSEA follows the double-blind review procedure. Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation assessed by at least two reviewers. The review results will be sent to the authors indicated on the submitted articles by emails. Please look out for the emails from the conference secretary.
If you wish to submit a paper to CSEA 2023, please use the following Online submission System.

By submitting a paper to CSEA 2023 , the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission gets accepted — the authors submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that takes into account this feedback.
All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.
The degree to which the paper deals with the above issues is fundamental to a successful review and selection of the paper. The most frequent cause of rejections of submitted papers is a lack of new results. Duplicated submissions to concurrent conferences must be avoided. All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to scope of the conference, originality, significance, and clarity.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. All manuscripts are submitted as full papers and are reviewed based on their scientific merit. The reviewing process is confidential. All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by TPC experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
By submitting a manuscript to CSEA 2023 , authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or other peer-reviewed, archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit a substantially similar submission to CSEA 2023 . As a rule of thumb, the CSEA 2023 submission should contain no more than 20 percent of material from previous publications. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.
CSEA 2023 is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
